3. Prompt disbursement account submission

Purchasing Matters:
1. Local procurement sourcing in-house and via ship chandlers
2. Customs clearance and AMS
3. Bonded spares delivery (dockside & via launch boat)

Crewing Matters:
1. Customs diplomacy
2. Parole for non-US visa
3. Medical assistance
4. Crew changes
5. Use of free hotel shuttles, Uber, and private transport
6. Cash to Master
7. Free delivery of personal packages
